Andrei Gershun graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in applied mathematics. He was trained at the Harvard School of Business. Mr. Gershun began his career at the Ernst & Young Company.
Currently, Mr. Gershun is an academic advisor and member of the expert council under the National Council of Financial Accounting. He has over 15 years of experience in management consulting.
Mr. Gershun specialises in the field of strategy execution. He is the curator and leader of over 100 projects in corporate and strategic management, strategy execution, development of managerial systems for companies, introduction of ERP and BI systems and IFRS.
Mr. Gershun was a leader in large consulting projects in developing a controlling system, in developing and introducing a balanced scorecard and KPI.
He delivers courses "Balanced Scorecard", "Change Management". He authored numerous books, publications, and popular manuals on strategic management, management and the IFRS: “Balanced scorecard and KPI”, “Development of a balanced scorecard. Practical manual”, “International standards accounting”, “Application of IFRS”.
