Sergei Ievlev

In 1997, Sergei Ievlev graduated from the Economics Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
 
He is specialist in the field of budget planning and control, managerial accounting. He has practical experience in formulation and implementation of budget planning and control systems, management and cost accounting, balanced scorecard at the Russian enterprises.
 
In 2002-2003, he was involved as Executive Director in the project for formulation and implementation of the budget planning and management accounting system in the company “Vzlyot-Autozapchast”, Ulyanovsk. He also participating in the projects for formulation and implementation of financial management procedures, development of a KPI system at JSC “New Forwarding Company”, implementation of financial management procedures at OOO “MMK-Trans”, optimization of budgetary planning and control procedures, and he also created a financial model of the company “Autocentr “Obukhov””.
 
He delivers courses “Management accounting: cost Management”, “Management Accounting: Budgeting and Controlling”, “Management accounting: working capital management” at the Higher School of Finance and Management of the RANEPA.
